Hitit Seramik factories operate in production facilities established on a 500,000 m2 land with a total closed area of 140,000 m2. Dozens of engineers and hundreds of workers took part in the formation and assembly phase of this factories complex, and the shipment of machinery and equipment consisting of 50,000 unit parts to the factory's site was carried out with 1,000 containers and trucks. Hitit Seramik Production Facilities, where very rare products are produced with the production line that can reach 5 kilometres in length when considered side by side, occurred as a result of long and tiring works.
The reason why Hitit Seramik factories are called "Production Facilities" is that they accommodate different factories that have the capacity to manufacture products of different types and sizes.
New and modern machinery, robot, high-tonnage press and furnaces of Italian technology with Turkish and Italian engineering knowledge and skills are used in all these factories. Precision measuring devices, new technology machines, and robots are used from the formation of products' raw materials to all processes in the production line, as well as in the packaging and palletising operations. The products in production are controlled at every phase of production with special quality control machines and devices.
