Having opened its doors to culture and art events in July 2023 after the extensive restoration and repurposing works conducted by İBB Miras at Feshane-i Amire, one of the significant industrial buildings inherited from the Ottoman, Artİstanbul Feshane hosts the collection of Tate Modern, one of the most visited museums in the world. Considering the number of visitors, Tate Modern is among the most visited museums in the world along with Louvre Museum in France, Vatican Museums in Vatican, and the British Museum in the UK.

The exhibition redefines the optical and kinetic art, which emerged in 1950s and 1960s being inspired by mathematics, color theory, and perceptual psychology & physiology, from a global perspective. Bringing modernist pioneers and contemporary artists as well as the artists closely connected with this movement together, the exhibition “Dynamic Eye: Beyond Opt and Kinetic Art” is a form of journey towards the 20th century art.
